I was seen in this clinic last week for the first time and I have tried on numerous occasions to communicate with this clinic since my visit and no one returns my calls or messages. I have lab work listed as "abnormal" but yet the doctor I saw still has not looked at my results, it's been almost a week. The medication I was given from my visit isn't working which I communicated in my several messages. My dogs get better treatment by their vet than I received at this Broussatd location! Quick, easy, friendly, accommodating. I needed blood work, just walked in without an appointment and was out in no time at all.
First, the tech wrapped the band too tight. I pulled it off, because I thought my arm would lose all blood flow. I believe she drew 3 vials of blood and this is how my arm looks 8 (EIGHT) days later. I have NEVER had an issue with blood draws!
Dr. Fontenot is great! But having a great Doctor that is not available is no good. Needed to see him this week. Not available till September 26th. Tried online and walked into his office with no help. So if you are looking for a good doctor that is not available when you need them this is the place for you.
