We had a very unpleasant experience with this clinic. Before booking, I telephoned to clearly explain what we required for our documents and was assured that it could be done. On that basis, we made an appointment. After waiting 20 minutes past our scheduled time, we were told that it could not be provided after all. When I explained that this had been confirmed over the phone, the receptionist simply said she had not taken the call and did not know. Very friendly front end staff. Christa, Vanessa and Lara were super pleasant and friendly. Judy, the Med Assistant, was equally as friendly plus knowledgable and helpful. Doc Dhaliwal was right in there with them all. I won't have to search for a walk in clinic anymore as this will be my go-to place when needed due to the entire upbeat atmosphere. Thanks so much for a very pleasant and informative visit.
I was having an okay experience with them couldn’t really understand the Doctor too well but then they told me I needed a b12 shot monthly they then ,. gave it to me without telling me it was $25 and insurance doesn’t cover it. That’s insane I could get b12 pills from the store for less than $10 never coming here again and I surely do not recommend this place I’m not the type to do reviews but I though that was crazy. Edit: no I was not told I needed to pay before they injected me with the b12.
