I was so shocked when I was told I had to make another appointment for Just having a question about thyroid issues while I was there for the flu. I spend money to get seen And I take the time out of my day to make a doctor's appointment. Already being a mom is hard enough to leave the house. All I wanted was for some blood work to get added. Came in with mental health issues and dr bowlin entered with an answer already for me before even hearing my problems. Talking about statistics when my life is completely different than any other person or patient of his. Kept asking me what he can do to help but when I gave my answer he shrugged it off and stated I can't do that. The people at the desk were very nice and the nurse but the doctor rosa b hill was very rude and didn’t seem to really check me out she was in the room for less then 5 minutes and she seemed to be very rude even though I’m in pain. I don’t feel like any doctor should talk down to any paitient very unprofessional especially for her profession. She is part of the problem with our failing healthcare desensitized doctors that don’t have any empathy is sad and disheartening.
