I called this office and was looking for a GP ...I was asked to provide my SS# name DOB and name of health insurance provider and they would give my info to the Dr to see if he would accept me as a new Pt ! It's been over a month now and I still haven't got the call back I was told I would get regarding an appointment or if they would even be accepting me
My first visit was a few weeks ago when I had hurt my rib cage, everyone was extremely nice and I didn't have to wait long plus I got a follow up call to check on me the next day. Yesterday I went to my primary care physician and my blood pressure was high so he wants me keep it checked. You can't find any machines in Walgreens or Walmart out south to check your blood pressure. I went in Primary care South today just to see if they would check it for me and they did. Finally a place where they care about their patients... Wonderful place and staff
Everyone is very nice and friendly. Dr. Japeth Durham seems to really care about the patients and was wonderful with my grand daughter and when my husband was very sick. I've been seeing him for awhile and love him. He always takes care of everything I need.
I want to say a big thank you to Japeth Durham and staff at Primary Care Specialist. In just 3.5 weeks the have gotten my sugar down and controlled. I feel so much better and it's thanks to these guys. I would recommend that if anyone is looking for a new Dr's office please give these guys a cll,you will be happy you did
Primary Care Specialist South has been my top pick in Jackson Tn for years. They've always been thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Also the staff are very friendly and thoughtful so I've always felt comfortable at dr apts. there. Thanks for going above and beyond guys! :)
I had to go to Primary today for yearly labs, sore throat, and had pulled my back. I have to say the staff was warm and friendly as always. This was my first time meeting Japeth and he was very thorough and friendly. I still love and miss my Dr B because I have seen him so long and he has my trust, confidence, and I always felt safe in his care.
