Worst Doctor Worst Doctor. He gave me the wrong diagnosis. I was literally minutes from taking the wrong surgery and all he could say was "so". Rudest staff and rudest doctor. Dr. Cowan only cares about money. He doesn't care about the best interest of his patients.

Debi R Unfortunately the rudeness of the office staff overshadows the competency of the physicians and physicians assistants in the Orange Avenue Primary Care Specialists office. After 5 years of abrupt and rude treatment by the front office staff our family of 5 have moved on to another physician. I wouldn't recommend this office until they replace the majority of their front office personnel.
