Haven’t met with the doctors yet, but for rescheduling my appointment I’ve spoken to a receptionist named Taylor/Tyler (not too sure if she even gave me her actual name) around 11:20 AM on Wednesday Feb. 19, that from the moment she picked up the phone to hanging up that she sounded rude and condescending. I’ve been seeing Dr. Lei for a few months now. Her and Primary care have me surpassing expectations I would have never set for myself. I always leave with a feeling that they truly have my health and happiness as their concern.
Have been using this clinic to help with weight loss and I have thrived under Dr. Le’s guidance. I’ve lost so much weight and my A1C numbers have gone down. In fact, all of my bloodwork has shown remarkable numbers since being under her care! The staff is always so friendly and very supportive and efficient. Thanks to all of you this old man feels and looks 10 years younger!
