I had the pleasure of speaking with the most kind and compassionate staff when calling to switch my eldery mother who is bedridden to a new provider. Destiny and Robin were extremely empathetic, knowledgeable and understanding to my mothers situation. They both went above and beyond to help me resolve a complicated matter with ease. Wishing I could have gave 10 stars instead of 5!
My mother had a horrible experience yesterday, for a blood test, at this location. She said that the very young lady was unprofessional, and that she was not even a Nurse. She said that the lady was putting Viles of blood on the floor. The whole experience made my poor mother worry a lot, about if the young lady knew what she was doing.
