The staff at Primary Care Plus Westwego are fantastic . The clinic was very clean, the parking including spaces for the disabled ,are more than adequate. The staff Alese on the front desk and Robin who took my vital signs gave me a warm welcome . The check out clerks were very cordial. Today I saw Joe Rooks Nurse Practioner. he was very thorough, professional, had a good beside manner. I felt my medical needs were well taken of . I had the pleasure of speaking with the most kind and compassionate staff when calling to switch my eldery mother who is bedridden to a new provider. Destiny and Robin were extremely empathetic, knowledgeable and understanding to my mothers situation. They both went above and beyond to help me resolve a complicated matter with ease. Wishing I could have gave 10 stars instead of 5!
My mother had a horrible experience yesterday, for a blood test, at this location. She said that the very young lady was unprofessional, and that she was not even a Nurse. She said that the lady was putting Viles of blood on the floor. The whole experience made my poor mother worry a lot, about if the young lady knew what she was doing.
