Ever since Hartford Healthcare acquired Primary Care Physicians of Fairfield at 425 Post Road, it has been a steady downhill decline. First the open hours were drastically reduced to regular business hours. One of the reasons I chose them was because they were open to 8P and 9P some days, and open on Saturdays. Now it is M-F until 5P only. Now I am trying to call their office at 425 Post Road to speak to thee office there, and I get “Emma”, their AI receptionist who transfers me to every where except 425 Post Rd. Not even a Good Morning from the desk. Great way to greet patients in a room where people with cancer go. what kind of people are they hiring.
Staff is professional and friendly. Dr Naik takes time and gives helpful and practical advice. Very responsive on the app.
Can’t seem to get treatment I need. Nurses don’t call back or call less than 24 before appt to switch from virtual to live. PCP refuses to help with psychiatric issues ; can’t even provide referral). You can find better!!!
I've always had great appointments and helpful doctors. I trust them.
