Not even a Good Morning from the desk. Great way to greet patients in a room where people with cancer go. what kind of people are they hiring.
Staff is professional and friendly. Dr Naik takes time and gives helpful and practical advice. Very responsive on the app.
Can’t seem to get treatment I need. Nurses don’t call back or call less than 24 before appt to switch from virtual to live. PCP refuses to help with psychiatric issues ; can’t even provide referral). You can find better!!!
I've always had great appointments and helpful doctors. I trust them.
Called the office in December when first diagnosed with Covid. No one picked up the phone in over 30 minutes of calling. When my wife called a week later when I was very sick, the doctor on call was rude and dismissive, and seemed upset to be bothered. Tried to call from the parking lot in January for a follow up visit, again no one picked up the phone.
