I was a patient of theirs for a very long time. Dr K was my doc since she was a fairly new physician at the time. I picked her because she was focused on internal medicine, which was my preference as an adult patient. The practice seems to have tilted to a more pediatric focus. I dont prefer to sit in a waiting room for an hour with sick children, because I risk getting sick myself while they hack away. In the old office, they had a sick child room. The doctors are great but they need an office staff that actually knows what they’re doing. They said they would schedule my MRI. After 2 weeks of waiting I ended up scheduling it myself. Then I asked for a printed report of my blood lab tests. That was over a month ago. Still haven’t heard back from them. I think it’s time to go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. Looking for a new doctor and this facility is NOT it. They women who answered the phone was nasty and rude

Dr. Kendis saved my life. I’d been getting sick on and off for almost two months. Thinking my children brought me home their colds, I took over the counter meds, and decided one evening to go to stat care because of sinus pain. He gave me a script for a z-pack and cough meds then sent me on my way. 4 days later my 8 year old comes down with a double ear infection. I make an appointment to see Dr. Kendis.
