If I could give this place no stars I would! I love the docs, but it’s because of the receptionist’s I’d give no stars. I just tried calling the office, it sounded like someone picked up and then immediately hung on me. Called again about two more times and only vm? I have a quick question! Can’t even get them to answer the phone! Leave a call back number - and they back to you when it’s convenient for them. I was a patient of theirs for a very long time. Dr K was my doc since she was a fairly new physician at the time. I picked her because she was focused on internal medicine, which was my preference as an adult patient. The practice seems to have tilted to a more pediatric focus. I dont prefer to sit in a waiting room for an hour with sick children, because I risk getting sick myself while they hack away. In the old office, they had a sick child room. The doctors are great but they need an office staff that actually knows what they’re doing. They said they would schedule my MRI. After 2 weeks of waiting I ended up scheduling it myself. Then I asked for a printed report of my blood lab tests. That was over a month ago. Still haven’t heard back from them. I think it’s time to go somewhere else.
