After waiting 21 days for my 84 years old mother to have a regular check up appointment, they call us to tell us that they no longer accept Cigna or Medicare Part A ir B .Absolutely no empathy or attempt to help ,even we offer to psy out of pocket . Unfortunately this place only. Are about money . 0 PATIENT COMPASSION , MEDICAL ETHICS OR PATIRBT WELL BEING . PLESE TAKE YOUR LOVES ONES SOMEPLACE ELSE.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this doctor’s office and the way they handled their allergy care program. They hired a third-party provider to test and treat allergy patients, and after only a few short weeks, they abruptly cut ties with that provider—leaving all of us patients stranded with no ongoing care, no treatment plan, and no alternatives. It’s frustrating to have call and ask for your prescriptions to be refilled every month when they supposedly prescribed a 90 day supply. I don’t get returned phone calls. My voicemails go unanswered. I have called them for 3 weeks to refill my prescription and now I am about to go on vacation without some of my meds. Ridiculously frustrating. The previous office staff were more responsive. Maybe time to look for a new provider
I called to get refill on my medication. The girl working the front desk on 7/16/25 tells me I have to schedule another appointment that the doctor Raj Shivaji (female doctor) only gave me a 30 day prescription and after it has always been a refill every 3 months, but now are made away that I am self pay so they get the money instantly. The girl at the front desk went on to insult me about having to take the medicine. This place is so bad they had to move to a smaller location for less rent.
