moved here, insurance assigned this office. first so hard to get appointment, the phone never connected, but they call back the next day. the doctor don't work everyday, when you need her, she is off. The doctor is fine, I have no complain to doctor. But the office charge me for the physical form and shot record when we had annual checkup! When I asked the manager, she said it's office policy. Worst experience I made my appointment which they canceled and rescheduled me upon arriving at the date and time that they rescheduled they canceled on me and I was there waiting
I have been bring my daughter here since she was 2 weeks and now she is 8yrs old I really love the staff and the way they take care of there patiences I have never had any problems with getting a appointment even if it is the same day
