It was a very helpful and good experience.
The staff at the front is so nasty and rude, on the phone and in person. My daughter is 18 yrs old and this was her first experience by herself at a Dr office. She didn't sleep at all the night prior and ended up showing to the appt about 15 mins late bc she finally fell asleep at home. The lady at the front had such a attitude, even rolled her eyes... Maybe she shouldn't have made an appt and just showed up?... Y'all take freaking walk ins.. she didn't even have to make an appointment!!! If you HATE your job so DAMN bad.. f... read more
Absolutely no individualized treatment offered. Billing is a nightmare you have to get transferred multiple times every time. Receptionists are okay but rarely had a good experience overall, looking for a replacement.
My daughter has asthma and sometimes when she gets sick or her allergies get bad her asthma starts kicking in. At one point she had to be flown to Morgantown at that point I was scared. While being at Morgantown they had told me that there was a doctor in Inwood that could help my daughter. Before coming here she was going to shanadoah, I didn't feel like they was helping at all. Since my daughter been here I can keep in reach of her doctor the nurses are delightful. I'm happy that I found a doctor that cares.
Always great experience in this office. Great doctor Pam Longmore, great stuff. Never waited more than 10 mins, easy to book appointment.
