Took my 2 year old for her first dentist appointment and the dental assistant immediately showed her the doll houses and played with her in the chair, showing her stuffed animals and how to brush their teeth. I was so impressed with their ability to make my daughter feel so comfortable.
They say you can't get white crowns in BC for children, and that's a LIE!! Then they fill your child's mouth with metal. My daughter could have reconstructed her teeth with filling material like it was nicely done in another dentist. But they don't know how to do it, so they use silver crowns all over the place. Lesson learned here: Ask around 100 people before believing in these professionals again.
Dr. Jen and her team at Primary Care Pediatric Dentistry in Langley are fantastic. My autistic nephew has been going to her since his first dental visit, and she’s always been incredibly patient and kind, making every visit a positive experience. She knows how to make kids feel safe and comfortable, and the clinic is set up perfectly for them, with fun toys and a welcoming atmosphere. My boys love going to see Dr. Jen. We have been receiving excellent care from Dr. Jen for the past 10 years. The staff members are kind, gentle, and thorough. They know how to work with kids and I feel very confident in their care. Dr. Jen is very knowledgeable and explains things well to both kids and parents. She is patient and kind with the kids and is very approachable. I highly recommend Dr. Jen and her office to anyone looking for top level care.
