Took our child for a check up and she asked me to hold him on my knees. He wasn't comfortable and it didn't go very smoothly. In a subsequent visit she said we need to take him to a hospital where they can help her do a procedure under anesthetic. We went to another place for a second opinion and they said they don't have to do that. They performed the procedure just under sedation and they asked us not to come into the room. It is much easier to go to a place where they know how to deal with kids on their own vs asking a pa... read more

They say you can't get white crowns in BC for children, and that's a LIE!! Then they fill your child's mouth with metal. My daughter could have reconstructed her teeth with filling material like it was nicely done in another dentist.

Took my 2 year old for her first dentist appointment and the dental assistant immediately showed her the doll houses and played with her in the chair, showing her stuffed animals and how to brush their teeth. I was so impressed with their ability to make my daughter feel so comfortable.

They say you can't get white crowns in BC for children, and that's a LIE!! Then they fill your child's mouth with metal. My daughter could have reconstructed her teeth with filling material like it was nicely done in another dentist. But they don't know how to do it, so they use silver crowns all over the place. Lesson learned here: Ask around 100 people before believing in these professionals again.
