I have been going to Dr Tassa for several years, and she was lovely and helpful. However the staff surrounding her is not the best. The office staff is very disorganized and unknowledgeable. For example: I was switching my health insurance this year, and I emailed them on Dec 4th asking for a list of insurances they take. They responded with a list, and I chose an insuranceplan off the list so I wouldn't have to find a new primaryprovider. Dr Tassa is a patient, caring doctor who knows what she's doing. The front office is competent and very helpful. We've been going to them for years and will continue.
The doctors are great. However I will give a one star rating due to the fact that Maria the medical assistant was very unfriendly. She talked down to me a couple during the visit, and even gave me the wrong specimen container for me to leave my sample. She’s probably a miserable old hag who is unhappy with her place in life so she takes it out on her patients. Otherwise the rest of the staff and doctors are great.
