My daughter has been going here since she was a baby and they have been perfectly fine unless you want anything done for them being sick. I explicitly asked for a referral to an allergist bc my 9 year old has been varying degrees of sick since she was 4 and I was told no to continue doing what I was doing. I’ve ended up going to emergency for things that have worsened that they wouldn’t treat bc “it’s just viral”. And they don’t screen for RSV because “all kids get it”. Staff is so unconcerned, and their attitudes are deplorable.
