I went here for years and had a mixed bag of experiences, but all in all after asking around what it's like for others in a similar program I realized how bad my experience was. There was multiple times I had to go without my medication for days because no one would send the script to the pharmacy and a weekend would hit of the office was closed or Dr James wasn't there, or even times people just didn't do it for days. After 6 years of great care I've had to switch to a new doctor. I do not know what happened with the excellent care I use to get. After my last visit I had requested an allergy test and the doctor James was putting in the order right in front of Me.. Also requested bloodwork I've had to call several times for him to put in the order for bloodwork Being told I didn't need it?? When I haven't seen him in 2 years Finally he put in the order, then I was in urgent care twice and emergency once in which they did a cat scan. I call... read more
