The young lady at the front desk was extremely attentive, kind, and patient. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but she truly deserves to be recognized. Today she was working alone, helping patients who were leaving as well as those who were arriving, and despite being so busy, she remained calm, professional, and very courteous with everyone.
