Bad Communication and the receptionist attitude is bad plus they make waste my time and then at the end they cancelled my appointment
Muy pesados, muy inflexibles, al menos en la recepcion. Nunca me dieron cita. No conozco a los doctores porque no tuve la oportunidad, pero la reception hizo imposible mi cita. Los detesto. - They are very entitled, very unflexibles in their appointments. I tried to make an appointment in March and they made it very hard to happen. I gave a second chance and "they are not taking new patients" it may be because I am not white becausse they gave an appointment to my wife later as a test. I will never go back there.
The most rude receptionist. I had been seeing Dr. Bala for a long time but the front desk employees needs proper training on how to answer the phone to speak to customer/clients. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and hang up on me before she even finish helping me make my appointment. You need to do better. I am switching primary care manager because of this!
The Doctor’s are amazing but the receptionists have an unkind energy and VERY rarely answer the phone. It is extremely hard to get in touch with the office and I have been waiting for test results for weeks.
