I have been in CT for 4 years and I have been going to this place for my annual checkup for 3 years. The people in this place have always treated me the best. I know front desk work always sucks, but this place is the exception, they are always friendly. Even in the pandemic I had back pain and the care was very professional. The only thing is that the facilities look quite old that is why I do not give them 5 stars. I still can't understand why the other reviews are bad. I highly recommend this place.
I don't recommend this place. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism provided from MD at this office. My physical was done like she was in a hurry. She made it seem as if she was doing me a favor, turned her back and left the room in less than 5 min without asking me if i had any questions or if i needed anything else. Not friendly, no guidance or clarified my questions whatsoever. **Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
