Will never go to urgent care here again. We went in for an obvious case of strep and were told it was tonsil stones and to live with it. Had to go to another urgent care the next day and the doctor immediately knew it was strep. I requested that someone call me back and they never did and still billed us.
We have used this doctor for many years now. I have had procedures in the office and my experience has been excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
Patrick literally changed my life. He is patient and understanding. He is knowledgeable and wants to seek out the “why” behind symptoms, not just prescribe medication and send you on your way. He listens. He cares. He is truly a blessing. I also love the front desk staff - I could chat with any of them for hours; I have built a wonderful relationship with staff members.
Dr. Was great, front desk was terrible. Hour and fifteen minutes to be seen then when I brought it up they battled me on it instead of just saying sorry. Making it sound like it was my fault.
