Front desk ladies ruined it for me. Unwilling to discuss matters of billing and insurance matters. The Nurse Praticion Pat was super nice, on time, and leans toward natural remedies which is good.
This office has helped my family many times. They actually take the time to listen and understand, rather than just quickly prescribing something, but they’re also willing to prescribe anything that’s necessary. Combined with urgent care downstairs so you have one file with all your primary care and urgent care visits, it’s really nice having these guys in town.
