I called to ask a question about the services offered and they answered the phone just listening to me until I said Hello. Then when I asked why they answered the phone like that verifying if I got the number correct the person who answered the phone snapped at me asking if I had a question and I replied yes if this is the walk in clinic why didn't you speak when you answered the phone they hung up on me. Dr. Macida was very fast, professional and kind. As oppose to the terrible experience I had at Advent Health Urgent Care, off Cypress Gardens Blvd. Go there if you would rather wait hours to be seen. I will always choose to support local. The doctor gave me several options for my treatment.
