The best mental 'unhealth' service around! If you want your mental health issues to become even worse, this service is for you! This place is run in a way I imagine a bunch of clueless, lazy teenagers would manage. It simply doesn't work. I was promised I was put on a waiting list to see a psychiatrist, only to find out I wasn't, and the years of waiting were a complete waste. I spoke with a lady yesterday who told me that someone tried to ring me on my appointment date which was a big fabrication from the truth. She then proceeded to give me another appointment today. A very rude, obnoxious and discordant woman rang me called Kirsty Cashmore. She mocked me when I asked for a medication increase which I have waited 2 months for, telling me I have to wait until November another two months (whilst I’m suffering) saying well how have you coped til now then Amy. The rudest, most unsympathetic admin staff I’ve ever come across. They are not capable of answering one simple question and they either talk over you or repeat the same thing over and over trying to fob you off, hoping that you get fed up and go away! You also have to wait for years to be seen and then they cancel because they have no Psychiatrists. A shambles of a service!
They never answer the phone and im pretty sure they then take the phone off the hook so you cant continue to ring, rather than answer it and deal with your enquiery.
Mental health team are no good hate ringing mental health team one receptionist is very rude and always has an attitude shouldn't be doing the job if she's got a a attitude
