The rudest, most unsympathetic admin staff I’ve ever come across. They are not capable of answering one simple question and they either talk over you or repeat the same thing over and over trying to fob you off, hoping that you get fed up and go away! You also have to wait for years to be seen and then they cancel because they have no Psychiatrists. A shambles of a service!
They never answer the phone and im pretty sure they then take the phone off the hook so you cant continue to ring, rather than answer it and deal with your enquiery.
Mental health team are no good hate ringing mental health team one receptionist is very rude and always has an attitude shouldn't be doing the job if she's got a a attitude
I would give 0 stars if I could. The reception staff are rude and treat you like you're some kind of leper. You're left to wait for months and years for appointments with no communication whilst you get worse, but nobody cares or tries to help. By far the worst MH service I've ever used.
