Had an appointment at 2 pm, rang the door bell, had no answer, waited outside for 20 minute, tried ringing them multiple times, and had no answer. Left them a message, but I'm still waiting to hear back from them.
I went privately for my diagnosis, but I’m now on the waiting list for an appointment/therapies and the lady who called me to assess my needs was one of the kindest and most patient person I’ve ever spoke to, made me feel comfortable and safe. I’ve been given great resource's while I wait for my apt. Under all the pressure they must too be under to be treated so kindly is lovely. Thank you ☺️
Attended my yearly physical health assessment with two really nice nurses put me at ease very professional and friendly and caring
got referred by my gp every time i call no matter what time i get the same “sorry were closed” then had a random text for an assessment booked over the phone for almost a month ago still waiting for that call. and still cant get through to anyone. shameful
