People and Dr Zachary W. were top notch! Highly recommend this place!
I spoke with different front desk people and received conflicting instructions from them. Since it's not the first time this has happened, I now have the distinct impression that they know not what they're doing. Had a grilled cheese sandwich and a beer and went back to bed.
I Highly recommend Tanana Valley Clinic. They have always been there for me when I needed the help that they have provided me. I have had a great experience with them all my years as a client. I love my provider and the team , they have always given the best advice and guidance to overcome my issues with my health, and life experiences. And they have helped me signed up for other benefits that I (needed). I prays my team and the help they provide me with that I (need)! ☺️
Physician care was appropriate, but my experience with front desk and documentation processes was not. I reported to three different desk associates and received conflicting instructions. I was told a check-in was not required, which later resulted in me missing a required check-in after being informed otherwise over the phone. The TVC Family Medicine Office Manager, Amanda, just reprimanded me for becoming passionate about the fact that a cardiac referral was not sent. Just FYI — referrals take 3-5 days. Completely unacceptable, especially when the referral was because of a failed a stress test to complete a pre-op for major back surgery that took months to get scheduled.
