The only good thing there is Autumn The wait time is ridiculous they never return your calls even when he asked to have a supervisor call you they put you on hold 1520 minutes at a time and never pick up They need to work on their people skills when you have an appointment time you don’t have to wait an hour and a half later

RecommendedThe wait time is a little on the long side BUT when it comes my turn to see the Dr then that’s MY time... as long as it takes to answer my questions and help me is how much time they give me. It’s worth the wait and they do not rush me out My favorite is Mary!
Had appointment for 9:30am & did not see provider until 11:00 am. Once provider arrived in room found that nurse aide had not entered any of the vitals taken. As I was leaving at 11:30 I watched as 2 office managers and 2 nurse aide goofed off in managers office's while I waited to check out (looking at baby clothes ). I have been a patient of Dr. Patel since he opened his first office in Lake City. I really like Mary Ann and Dr Patel, but I'm sure Dr Patel would want to know what is going on while he is out. Too long of a wait past my apt time.. already been 1 1/2 hours I have been waiting!! ��
Patel is great but you will literally spend a whole day here waiting to be seen.
I have been his patient for about 4 years now, and the only complaint I have is the wait time. Dr. Patel, the Nurse Practioners are excellent, and do give me the time I need. The best thing is if you IV antibiotics you can have it done there.
