Awful place with very rude receptionists
I haven’t had the best experience here. Whether it be appointments made without my consent, to feeling like the maternity doctors just don’t care much about me, it was kind of a mess. The front desk person is also unhelpful. It just doesn’t feel like a client first establishment. My first experience was awful when they had an intern call me for my first intake appointment and after the phone call I didn’t have any questions answered or appointments booked after waiting 4 weeks to be admitted to the clinic. From my prenatal care with Dr. Natalia Robledo, to the on-call OB on the night of November 10th, Dr. Heather, and to my amazing midwife, Heba, who delivered my baby — thank you for giving me such a safe, calm, and positive birth experience.
