I gave birth 3 months ago at St. Paul's. My husband and I often talk about how smooth and care free we were compared to other women stories. I gave birth with epidural that I received as soon as I asked for it. The room we had was great. Everything was clean and everyone was so efficient! My night nurse was super fun and committed to us. Awful place with very rude receptionists
I haven’t had the best experience here. Whether it be appointments made without my consent, to feeling like the maternity doctors just don’t care much about me, it was kind of a mess. The front desk person is also unhelpful. It just doesn’t feel like a client first establishment. My first experience was awful when they had an intern call me for my first intake appointment and after the phone call I didn’t have any questions answered or appointments booked after waiting 4 weeks to be admitted to the clinic. From my prenatal care with Dr. Natalia Robledo, to the on-call OB on the night of November 10th, Dr. Heather, and to my amazing midwife, Heba, who delivered my baby — thank you for giving me such a safe, calm, and positive birth experience.
