Dr Langdon's office is friendly and professional at all times. You always feel welcome from the moment you walk in. And nobody acts like your concerns are unworthy of any kind of attention.
This place has great doctors and nurses. I always look forward to my visit. They take their patients health seriously and are very professional. Stephen Langdon is an awesome physician.
Great care, but the communication is a deal breaker. They don't even ask for a call back number and never call you back on the number you dialed from. They also use a robocaller which doesn't understand that a voicemail box has picked up. It's 2022 and communication is still done with robots. If I want info about my appointment, just have a human call an leave it on voicemail. Is that so hard?
