Long time Group Health/now KP member needed some urgent attention at Burien Optometry. Great care and service from Eva, the tech and from Dr Walton, the optometrist. Great explanations for what was going on, how to proceed and arranged my followup appt right then. Highly recommend the Optometry care team at Burien KP Clinic!

Friendly staffs, clean facility and professional
I'm writing to warn anyone considering Kaiser Permanente: switching to them has been one of my biggest regrets. I've spent months trying to see a podiatrist with zero success. I've been told they only have two podiatrists and likely can't see me, and was promised a follow-up call about an outside contractor that never came. Their waitlist system is also completely broken. Other insurance providers text you when an opening becomes available, give you 10 minutes to respond, and if you don't reply, they move on to the next pers... read more
