I've been with Dr R Patel for 10 yrs or more and I thnk he's one of the best and has the best staff
Best coustmer care .
Dr Patel is a hack. He billed me and my insurance for what was a routine annual physical and was supposed to cost me nothing. After I raised a complaint they had to remove my charges. Beware, he will try to sway you into taking unnecessary, expensive treatment at Jackson to increase their profits. Shameful!!
I practically begged this doctor to give me another opportunity after they dropped me from their practice for missing an appointment that I didn’t schedule. The nurse was very rude to me. I asked if she could speak to him on my behalf she told me the answer would be the same since she’s been with him for 17 years. I asked if I could speak with him and she stated he would call me before 12.
