The absolute worst office staff I've ever had the displeasure of communicating with. They are hateful and unprofessional people, beginning at the front desk. (Lori is very kind and definitely does not belong in such a place.) The nurses don't return calls and others refuse to take written messages when voicemail messages are not returned. The doctor's assistants are argumentative, and cannot conceive that they may be incorrect, although they often are.
