Fast and easy to get in and out. The ladies working are great at their jobs.
I see Dr. McClenney here, and I feel she really has a focus on individualized patient care. I imported a medication from out of country for off-label use to help lactation, and when I was no longer able to use it, she looked into another avenue for me to help support my breastfeeding journey. She didn’t judge me for importing a non-FDA-approved medicine, and she sat down with me and said we would work through it. The providers are great. The interpreter Norma on the other hand is rude and doesn't know how to do her job. She does not have the personality to work in customer service. She also does not and should not give medical advise because she is only an interpreter I feel bad for the people she has wrongly instructed and in medicine it should be penalized. She should be fired.
I am very impressed by the service; the warmth and care with which they attend to every patient is incredible. They always ensure you have clear information, but the love they put into their work is truly evident. Our family is grateful for everything they do for each of us.
I seen Dr Sarah today and I have never been so comfortable talking with a Doctor before. She never made me feel ashamed for my weight or even brought up my weight. We had similar paths that we spoke about. Will be back. She gave me medication options for my weight management. Very friendly and down to earth
