I used to be super pleased with going to UChicago Medicine for my primary care needs… 7 years ago I had a stable doctor who was a professor but she left the university. Now I get passed around each year to a new resident doctor because the residents graduate, so it’s difficult to establish a good patient-physician relationship. I find it difficult to get a hold of my doctor for questions as the Primary Care Group is not that responsive on MyChart messing system.
