Pathetic place, I recommend going to any other doctor office you can. While I was told I would be contacted about my lab results the following day and my medication would be increased pending my lab results came back fine. I was never called about these results and had to call myself. I was then told they knew nothing about a medication increase which was the whole reason for my appointment in the first place. Wonderful care, very friendly caring staff.
Very professional and friendly
Cheryl left the desk of the labs and Urgent Care unattended for over 15 minutes, while the line got 6 deep. She then had an attitude, claiming orders were never sent over. Thirty minutes after the orders were actually sent over and after blowing a patient off mid-sentence to call another patient, the orders magically appeared. Extremely unprofessional. Being overwhelmed is not an excuse to disrespect people.
I give this zero stars I'm currently here with my daughter she's puking in the waiting room and nobody's in site the labs walked an older lady back and my daughter and me are left here while she's puking
