I must say, while the physicians here were generally good, the appointment scheduling could use some assistance. For example, my appointment was scheduled for May 4th and I waited a few months but when I was 2 weeks out from the appointment, I get a phone call saying we need to reschedule because of overbooking and the next available time is June 11th. I was happy at first. Then they started rescheduling my appointments and my wife’s appointments without notifying us and acting like we had the wrong day when we showed up. We started keeping the appointment card then they began contacting us to reschedule appointments. This went on for 3-4 appointments. At my last appointments I explained I wanted my knee looked at, if I can have a referral for an ultrasound sound or mri and we also discussed counseling.
