I was happy with them at first but I have been calling nonstop about needing a refill on insulin. I was never contacted about it. I understand it can get busy but I have called at least 8 times and I'm currently on one Humalog pen.
I've had nothing but good experiences here so far! I feel valued and viewed as a person—not just a problem to figure out and push out the door. The provider asked me questions and really took her time to understand my situation and struggles.
This place was great and extremely welcoming! I was greeted upon arrival and spoken to with care. I am just thankful, as time like these always needs people like y'all. SMA is 100% a family facility
