Very slow pace of care, would not recommend for anyone trying to solve medical issues.

PAMF told me to send my financial assistance packet to a PO Box in Utah they don’t even use anymore. After sending it and never hearing back, I reached out and was told they told me to send it to the wrong (old) address. The Foundation never made an effort to find out if the P.O. Box is in use or anything. My PHI in that packet included my W2, tax returns, bank statements, etc. I complained to Tiffany with their HIPAA and Compliance office, she was 0 help: I’ve opened an investigation with the Civil Rights Board. I can’t say enough good things about this urgent care. I’m a student who doesn’t have my school’s insurance and was sent here by the schools health center because of a throat infection. I was apprehensive because my experiences with urgent cares haven’t been the best, but upon talking to the front desk attendant I knew I was in great hands.
