I wish I could give this practice zero stars. After finally getting my insurance and confidence back, I scheduled a physical and was paired with Dr. Costello — who could not have been less engaged. He walked into the exam room and, without even a greeting, immediately said, “Do you have any questions for me?” No introduction. No courtesy. The entire “exam” lasted less than four minutes. This office is great for adults not children. There are only two doctors that are good with children at this location and they are usually booked out. We love Dr. Lown and Patterson when it comes to our children but the other doctors dont seem to listen to our concerns. A lot of gaslighting! The last doctor I ever want to see at this practice is Keller. He is extremely cocky, rude, and majority of the time doesn't listen or has smart remarks. Hes very awkward with children too.
