The primary care behavioral health sector has some of the worst mental health professionals I have ever been seen by. All of the therapists are extremely unprofessional so if you can go anywhere else, do it. Edit because this is still bothering me: Esther is the worst therapist there. I went in for a crisis appointment and was met with hostility and rudeness. I called to file a complaint and nothing was done. Do not visit the behavioral health sector of primary care if you truly value your mental health.
Never have a long wait even as a walk in. Everyone is always friendly and genuinely seem to care about you and your health. Also it's Super convenient having the pharmacy right there.
