I came here not expecting much based on the reviews but, I was surprised because my new primary doctor helped me when I needed it the most. She balances professionalism with compassion. She understands the challenges patients face in rural areas and last but not least, she helps me maintain stability and quality of life. During my pregnancy I had to reschedule an appointment because of my grandmothers funeral, the women's health staff made a false report to cps claiming that I wasn’t going to any of my appointments told cps this and put it in my documents that I had only been three times during my entire pregnancy which was a flat out LIE I went and got my records which showed I had been once a month since finding out I was pregnant. The primary care behavioral health sector has some of the worst mental health professionals I have ever been seen by. All of the therapists are extremely unprofessional so if you can go anywhere else, do it.
The staff is rude, which almost every person on this county is.
