if i can give no start to the staff in this office i would, Dr. Weingarten is really good but she definitely needs to change her staff, specially front desk lady, YESY, its very rude if you have a patient in front of you, and your husband, son etc is calling to find out what happened with the robbery( they had broken into the office earlier this day, YESY still has the nerve to tell me to wait and picks up the call and answers her family member and starts telling him how they were going to fix the back door they broke into, ... read more

Front desk woman is slow and rude. She makes you feel like you not welcome. She changes appointment time on people than realize she made a mistake than run after patients in the parking lot. Huge line waiting to fill out paperwork bc she is slow and rude. That was my first time and I decided to find another place to go. The doctor was nice, but the front desk send away her patients refusing to schedule blood work to patients.

Dr. Weingarten is a fantastic doctor. The issue is with Yesi at the check in counter. She has a real bad attitude. It seems like she is being inconvenienced when asked for an appointment or advice. Several times trying to call to make an appointment to see Dr. Weingarten Yesi has either hung up or put me on hold for eternity. I ended up disconnecting because I couldn't get through. Seems like someone needs a change of attitude.

Doctor Weingartner is amazing. I like the women at the front desk and all of the nurses. The worst thing the doctor could have done is switch to P3 Health Partners!!!!! They make everything 'patient responsibility' WHAT. Worst insurance carrier. Never answers the phone or want to give explanation of why they are not paying providers. Worst nightmare for me as her patient. I had to leave her practice for that reason.
