ABSOLUTE WORST OFFICE! Tried to call 3 times and was put on hold each time. Person answering phone puts you on hold before even getting the 'please hold' words out of her mouth. Very rude with zero customer service!! Lost a potential patient
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a primary doctor’s office. The entire facility was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The staff was highly unprofessional, and reeked of cigarette smoke, which made the environment even more unpleasant. I had a scheduled appointment for 1030am and just walked out at 12pm AND I was never seen by a doctor at all — a complete waste of my time. Dr Weingarten is so devoted to each of her patients . She been great at helping me transition into my Golden Senior stage of life. Finding a primary care is so important. Her degree of help and care has changed my life into a new and healthy direction. Thank you so much for being you. Dr. Weingarten is absolutely the best doctor I have had. And I have lived in 4 different states. She takes the time to listen to my health concerns and she does her very best to address them. She is the first doctor in years who has been able to get my blood pressure under control. She also understands that I'm allergic to many medications and she works to get me medications that I can handle. The very best. I highly recommend her.
The front office doesn't know how to communicate. When I saw the doctor, who is great, I was done with my appointment. I was making my blood work appointment. The girl with black hair never told me they only make blood work appointments on Tuesdays or Thursdays, and I even told her at the end this is for blood work. She said okay. Well, today, Monday the 30th, I showed up, and they told me they don't do blood work this day.
