Dr. Kumar is very thorough and gentleman physician. He truly cares about his patients and does only necessary treatment, that’s excellent.
This has been the most frustrating 10.5 months of my life due to this office and the staff. December '23 got told about an eye thing and to get a referral for an ophthalmologist. Which starts a whole process of calling for updates and getting told nothing. 2 times i needed the paperwork sent over to the eye place i was going to go to and both times the eye place ended up having to talk to someone else from my insurance to get what they needed. After 6 weeks of regular, proactive communication with the office to receive a routine prescription refill for a life-threatening chronic disease, all I have is a quickly escalating fear for my organ health and disgust for this practice. The staff are all well aware of the issue. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this medical clinic. The facilities are in desperate need of renovation; it felt outdated and unclean. What's even more concerning is the lack of follow-up and communication from the staff. I was left in the dark about my own health, and it's clear that patient care is not a priority here. To top it off, when I needed medication, the pharmacy associated with the clinic didn't have what I needed.
