How does someone who's appointment was hours earlier, come in after my scheduled appointment (mind you I'm early/on time) go in to the back before me? Now I'm supposed to sit and wait like I don't have other things to do. I swear, just backwards. Then had I been late, they would've canceled my appointment.
Absolute disgrace of a facility. I have never been so judged and disrespected by another human being in my life as I was by “doctor” Rao today. I thought these people were bound by an oath, but evidently not this absolutely deplorable woman. If you need to have definitions provided for multiple commonplace medical terms, perhaps you should practice in your native country of origin; especially if you’re “calling” is the mental and behavioral health field. Terrible!
