Beware of Dr. Patel. She will smile to your face and then write crappy comments about you in your chart for no reason. She’s why I am never going back there. I’ll get my yearly mammograms but will monitor my own health. I used to like it there, but not anymore.
Way better Saint Elizabeth location than my last one! Met Jessica for my first time this afternoon and she really cares about her patients a lot! My health insurance covered everything except the copay but that’s expected! I definitely look forward to returning here in six months! :)
Now that Dr. Grzelak has left, there seems to be little, if any, support for patients that need medical care in any type of timely fashion. One month out is the norm and that is for someone experiencing serious medical issues. I have been going to UC for all specialty care up to this point and this was the tipping point for moving my primary care there as well. UC is simply not staffed, nor capable, of meeting my medical needs. I highly recommend looking at UC or Christ.
Just recently had an ultrasound at the womens center and my 30 minute ultrasound took a total of 5 minutes. The technician did not share any measurements with me and was quite rude about how hard she was pressing down. Highly disappointed with the ultrasound photos as in the face and side profile. I was super excited to see him since I haven’t had an ultrasound in 2 months and it just ruined my mood.
