I had a very negative experience with the front receptionist at this office. She was extremely rude, demeaning, and disrespectful from the start. When I arrived, she asked me to reschedule my visit without a valid reason, and when I refused, her attitude became even more unprofessional. As a patient, I should never feel uncomfortable or disrespected when simply trying to see my doctor. Dr Handa is very personable and attends to your needs. The whole team is great!
My doctor is great but it is very tough to get responses to messages or an issue resolved. Too much waiting. I wish the management of the office would improve because the provider is one of the best I have encountered.
