I have to agree. This place is unorganized. and I waited soo long for a Rx that I finally called and was told the doctor said "I'll get to the Rx's when I get to them". that quote was given to me by the office manager. I gave them my current ins info over the phone which they neglected to update. I got a bill asking for the info AGAIN and when I tried to call them back I was on hold for over 5 minutes at which point I hung up. so they want the info but won't answer their phones. totally unprofessional. the office staff is a ... read more
Very rude and talks to you like your a child. When confront her about talking to me in a professional manner. She states that I am confrontational.
The attention a patient gets is terrible. From trying to get a prescription that is lost between them and the pharmacist to the doctors that see. My mother had an unpleasant experience with One of the doctors. When my mom had a weird episode that required to go to the hospital we then followed up with our primary dr. At the follow up we waited for an hour to see her. Then in the meeting the dr proceeded to hurry us up. As in when describing her what happened she signaled with her Gad to move on or hurry up.
