Front office can not answer their damn phones and crappy customer service. it took them 2 days to answer their phones to me i need my emergency inhaler which i needed in october its November 13. they said they will get back to me?!?! its been a month ... I'm finding a new doctor this is ridiculous.
How can I give 0 ?! I don even want to give 1 Star. Worst ever. Please do not go to this center. None of the doctors care to provide the right treatment nor care about returning your call to respond to your questions. We keep reminding them about their job. Just an example out of all the worst experiences with this center - We been waiting for the referral doctor go to specialist, everytime we call they will say we will call you tomorrow but yhatctomorrow never comes. Cold, lack of communication, I was prescribed medications only to be told I must be taken off them. Phone rings they never answer. When I 1st started going there they were fantastic. Now they don't want to see me anymore. Send out referrals without conversation with me to a doctor in Sherman, I found a psychiatrist myself in Richardson. It didn't work out, I'm trying again, but they slandered me in a letter to give to my new doctor. I'm so confused, they say the don't take my insurance anymore but then say they do.
