I am writing this review in hope of an actual follow up. I have called Primary Care Associates to get my daughters medical records serval times now. I paid for them. I gave them almost 50 days. No follow up. When I call they keep telling me someone will follow up and call me but no one does. Dr. Lori Weiss is retired otherwise I would've still been a patient there. This is a medical necessity that they are gatekeeping!
My family has been coming to this office for years and we love the physicians here. I personally had Dr. Hsieh (Pronounced Shay). He has a very welcoming demeanor which makes visiting a doctor less of a chore. Sometimes I feel like doctors over medicate at times, but he is quick to suggest remedy's that may work instead. He only seemed to tell me to take medication when absolutely necessary which I definitely appreciate.
