I am seeing Kelly Toups FNP and Natalia clinical staff. I am extremely pleased with a clinic who does excellent assessments, care and making me feel important. I have had bad experiences with 2 physicians who could not even done a physical assessment of me at another hospital and I feel so fortunate to finally have the care I needed I feel they give excellent service and rate them a 10
I can't comment on the professionalism of the doctors here because I never got the chance to see Dr. Spears. However, my experience with the front desk receptionist was disappointing, as they were rude and unprofessional. I had hoped to become a new patient since Dr. Spears was highly recommended by my previous doctor, Dr. Permenter, who exemplifies the qualities every medical professional should aspire to. I’ve been with this office for about 8 years now. I was originally seeing dr. Kemp but this is a very busy lady so I got put with NP Ericka Pierre, and have been seeing her ever since. I love this woman. She is very good at her job and diagnosing the problem. She LISTENS!!! She brightens the room when she walks in.. even with the mask on. She has never disappointed me. Highly recommend Ericka Pierre.
