The nurse practitioner I thought it was more important to go to the front desk and run her mouth about me. Then to tell me that my son was having an issue breathing. In fact after I followed her into the hallway she then told me I would that's why I was a horrible mother.
Everyone here is friendly and helpful. I’ve even had my echocardiograms done at the same location. Great staff and amazing health care!
Twice now they didn't send referrals or orders to the appropriate places! Andrea dropped the ball for my husbands scan today! We were set for the appointment at 6am but turned away due to the paperwork not being sent! I waited a month for my referral to call and schedule due to this offices explanation. Turns out it wasn't sent so no one knew so I'm glad I called the surgery center myself to get it going. I hope as a whole this office fixes their system for proper forwarding! As our end we are paying to have this help yes?
My experience here was amazing. Staff is friendly but most importantly RN Beth was extremely kind, very clear and patient with me. As soon as I left my appointment, I knew I had to leave a great review. Also, top thing is I got an appointment quickly.
