My experience with Dr. Michael Lee and his staff has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. There was a significant delay in processing my prescriptions, which left me without critical medication. To make matters worse, they submitted the wrong prescriptions—not once, but repeatedly—without ever following up to fix the issue. I waited for almost 30 minutes on a virtual visit call. No one showed. I dropped. I got a notice that NP Zacharia joined at 9:30 AM. Appointment was at 8:50 AM (picture attached as proof of the notification that she joined!!!) I was pre-screened 5 minutes into the call where someone who asked me if I checked my blood pressure. I mean I am at home and I didn’t know that there was an expectation to have blood pressure checked. I was supposed to have an appointment but glad I called since I never received any phone call or email for notification. I called an hour before my appointment to check and was told it was cancelled. I was told I received a voicemail( I did not) stating since the doctor had not seen me before there wasn’t enough time, appointment was made 2 weeks prior. Then when trying to reschedule I was told I would have to first make an appointment just to see if I wanted that doctor and then make another appointment for my actual visit.... read more

In my senior year of high school (I'm class of 2022) I went to PA Yazdani with symptoms of shortness of breath and tiredness. She then spent 6 months telling me I had anxiety, only to then realize I was anemic the entire time. I had to use Google to discover the possibility that my iron could be low and then ask her to test my levels. Very rude staff that answers the phone. Was referred to them by another Texas Health clinic to be set up as a new patient. The lady answering the phone was extremely rude and wanted to get off the phone by saying they’re not accepting new patients. They can hire someone with better customer service etiquettes.
