Very helpful and friendly doctor and staff where I received the exact care needed for specific issues identified. I felt very relaxed and welcomed in Dr. Lee’s office.
Easy and convenient video with my primary care physician.
I will not use Dr Michael Lee any longer. However Kimberly Venable saved the day. She was amazing and made medically good decisions for me while Dr Lee is too much in a rush. She should be congratulated otherwise I was going to leave this location. Even though she’s a PA she is caring compassionate and very respectful.
My experience with Dr. Michael Lee and his staff has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. There was a significant delay in processing my prescriptions, which left me without critical medication. To make matters worse, they submitted the wrong prescriptions—not once, but repeatedly—without ever following up to fix the issue. When I reached out, I was met with indifference and misleading reassurances that it had been addressed, when in fact, nothing had been done. I waited for almost 30 minutes on a virtual visit call. No one showed. I dropped. I got a notice that NP Zacharia joined at 9:30 AM. Appointment was at 8:50 AM (picture attached as proof of the notification that she joined!!!) I was pre-screened 5 minutes into the call where someone who asked me if I checked my blood pressure. I mean I am at home and I didn’t know that there was an expectation to have blood pressure checked.
