For the first couple of years the service was exceptional. But on my last visit about a month ago I had a major sinus infection. I asked for medicine they didn't give me any. I explained that the sinus infection hadn't cleared after 3 weeks I asked for lab work they refused to do any lab work. I explained that in addition to the sinus infection I had swollen glands around my neck sores on my upper body. Everyone is always very kind and compassionate. Dr. Portillo has gone above and beyond for me many times. His staff has always been kind and respectful.
