The personnel are personable and polite in their care. My objections relate to what they charge for the services you receive. If you file an appeal with the billing department, you never hear back despite many attempts to resolve. If you file with financial assistance department, you also don’t hear back. Since they are the only hospital in the Sonora area, I guess they can get away with high charges. Modesto is too far to drive for appointments. Hence, I can’t rate them highly.

Since I stopped trying to figure out what was going on myself, and shut up and listened to the people here to help me my life has been so much better and I appreciate you all.

Everyone was very nice I feel like I finally have a Doctor that cares and listens to me. And is actively working to get down to the bottom of my health issues.
