Taking many years to get a personal rapport with primary care but I enjoy the staff and I really enjoy my doctor

Wonderful!! I love everything about my dr busy
The personnel are personable and polite in their care. My objections relate to what they charge for the services you receive. If you file an appeal with the billing department, you never hear back despite many attempts to resolve. If you file with financial assistance department, you also don’t hear back. Since they are the only hospital in the Sonora area, I guess they can get away with high charges. Modesto is too far to drive for appointments. Hence, I can’t rate them highly.
